I have severe, almost crippling, anxiety and was dreading going in for a broken tooth. Those fears quickly went away with every person that helped me! Melea took my initial X-rays and when I mentioned how nervous I was, she was so kind and understanding. When we found out I needed more than one root canal, Leah in the office went over all my options in detail and was so reassuring and helpful. Dr. Chong was simply amazing. If he wasn’t singing a song (with a GREAT voice) he was consistently checking on me and asking if I needed a break. He brought such a relaxed atmosphere to a nerve-racking situation. Lastly Dr. Chong’s Dental Assistant Michelle was INCREDIBLE. She was the sweetest and absolutely hilarious. She was so comforting; she made it feel like I was with friends or family. I walked in feeling ashamed and embarrassed. I thought I would be judged. But I walked out with a shiny new crown and feeling much more confident! I already scheduled my next appt and ones for my children too 😊

This is bar-none my favorite dental office around. I've bounced around a few in Puyallup, and none even in the past were as nice and friendly. This time I had no insurance, and they offer a really fair plan you can buy into with them. Both Bulaon and Jones worked with me and at at every point I felt comfortable and in good care. They even brought out a finance person to talk and explain things to me, which was incredibly helpful. Everything went well, better than expected, and the staff made sure to be kind and pleasent when I was very clearly having anxiety about being back for dental work. I would highly recommend visiting them for any dental needs.
